We are so excited to share Jamie + Parker’s dreamy spring engagement session with you today! These two are some of the sweetest souls we’ve had the honor of photographing, and their love for each other just radiates in every image we captured. From soft pastel tones to glowing sunlight and heartfelt moments, this Richmond engagement photography session felt like something out of a storybook!

A Perfect Spring Day

There’s something so magical about spring. And we couldn’t have asked for better weather the day we met Jamie + Parker in Richmond for their session. The light was soft and golden, and the setting was absolutely perfect for these two lovebirds. It was one of those sessions where everything just clicked: the outfits, the location, the lighting, the love!

Jamie started off in a powder blue dress that flowed beautifully in the breeze. It paired perfectly with Parker’s light blue look! These two seriously know how to coordinate without being too matchy-matchy. And we loved how thoughtful they were with their style. Later in the session, Jamie changed into a classic white dress that was so timeless, and Parker brought in a sharp navy suit that tied everything together flawlessly. We were OBSESSED.

Their Love Story

One of our favorite things about engagement sessions is getting to learn how our couples met, and Jamie + Parker’s story is the sweetest. These two first met in 2015 at the Houston Rodeo. They were introduced by mutual friends and hit it off right away. Fast forward a few years later, and Parker planned the most thoughtful proposal. While they were celebrating Jamie’s birthday in Old Town Spring with their families, he stopped just as they were heading into lunch and popped the question. Total swoon moment! We love that it was intimate, meaningful, and centered around the people they love most.
