Natalie + Brody’s wedding in Galveston was pure magic. It was the kind of day that feels like a dream from beginning to end. These two are high school sweethearts, and the love they share is so effortless.

Their story came full circle with a wedding in Galveston, a place that’s held so many special memories for them — including their proposal! During what Natalie thought was a birthday lunch for Brody, they drove past Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Natalie casually mentioned stopping by after lunch, just as Brody had predicted. So he already had a photographer waiting there to capture the surprise proposal. And later, their closest friends and family gathered to celebrate. It was everything that makes a great proposal: emotional, personal, and unforgettable.

Wedding in Galveston Details

The day started at the beautiful Grand Galvez. With tall windows letting in soft light and vintage details throughout the space, it felt like something out of a movie. Natalie’s gown was truly show-stopping. She wore a romantic lace dress with delicate sleeves and a silhouette that was both classic and graceful. Paired with her long cathedral veil, she looked like absolute royalty. The lace detailing was so intricate and soft.

The wedding’s color palette was one of our favorite parts of the day: vibrant spring tones with pops of pink, coral, and orange that brought a playful, joyful energy to the entire celebration. The florals were bold and lush, and they added the perfect amount of color to the elegant backdrop of the Grand Galvez. The mix of vintage charm and modern color gave the day a fresh, celebratory feel that was completely unique to Natalie + Brody’s vision.

Wedding Party Style

Natalie’s bridesmaids wore champagne dresses that shimmered in the light and added the perfect neutral balance to their vibrant spring floral palette. Brody and his groomsmen wore classic black suits with bowties, keeping things timeless and sharp. It was such a beautiful contrast to the pops of color throughout the day.

Historic Church Wedding in Galveston

Their ceremony took place at the breathtaking Sacred Heart Catholic Church, a Galveston icon with its bright white exterior and historic elegance. It was a picture-perfect day with sunny, warm weather. As Natalie walked down the aisle with her long cathedral veil floating behind her, she looked like something out of a fairytale. The ceremony was heartfelt and emotional. It was one of those moments where time slows down and the whole room leans into the love being shared. There’s just something about a church filled with family, history, and purpose that adds such weight and beauty to the moment.

After the ceremony, we returned to the Grand Galvez for golden hour portraits with Natalie + Brody. And wow. The light was soft and golden, and they were completely wrapped up in each other. You can tell these two are totally in love, and it was such an honor to be able to capture so many beautiful photos for them.

Fun Reception at the Grand Galvez

Then came the reception, and let me just say: PRP Entertainment knocked it out of the park. From the moment the music started, the dance floor was packed. Friends and family were dancing their hearts out, singing along, and celebrating with everything they had. Natalie + Brody were right in the center of it all smiling, laughing, and soaking in every second.

To wrap up the night, Natalie + Brody shared a private last dance. It was just the two of them, alone on the dance floor. It was emotional and peaceful, a perfect moment of calm after such a joyful day. And then, the grand finale: a streamer exit that was pure magic!
