Recently, we had the pleasure of photographing an engagement session in the beautiful city of Austin for the absolute sweetest couple. Kenna & Eddie’s engagement session is a true testament to the beauty of genuine affection, and we are so excited to share their love story.

There’s something inherently magical about Austin from the vibrant streets to the laid-back atmosphere. Also there is sense of freedom that seems to dance in the air. Austin also has stunning views of the hill country and gorgeous parks and locations that make amazing backdrops for engagement sessions. Kenna & Eddie brought their love to life at Bull Creek Park, and their connection was palpable from the very beginning. We could feel the love and affection they have for each other. The way they looked at each other, held hands, and laughed together was truly heartwarming. It was such a joy to capture these special moments between them.

Kenna said the day Eddie proposed was the best day! They were in Austin for her birthday, and he had all of her family and friends there – even relatives that lived out of state. She had gone to lunch with a few friends, and when she got back to her sister’s house, everything was set up in the backyard. They live on an acre plot, so the beautiful hill country was in the background of the romantic proposal. He had set up an arch with a huge sign that said MARRY ME! Also, there was a song playing over the speakers that Eddie had told Kenna would be playing the day he asked her to marry him. How romantic is that? Kenna said she instantly started crying when she heard the song. And of course, she said yes!

Kenna & Eddie are the sweetest couple, and their Austin engagement session was truly amazing! We cannot wait to celebrate with them later this year at their wedding at Zedler Mill in Luling, Texas.
