Getting Ready at Cross Key Acres

The bride and her bridesmaids gathered in the beautiful old home at Cross Key Acres. Natural light poured in through the windows, casting a soft glow over the room. As Julie got into her dress, the moment was intimate and personal. Surrounded by her closest friends and family there was an excitement of the day ahead. And the anticipation built as she prepared for her first look.

Sweet First Look

Before the whirlwind of the wedding day, the couple shared a first look. The moment was filled with anticipation and excitement as the groom waited for his bride to approach. After she tapped him on the shoulder, he turned around. And the happiness on his face was priceless. Cross Key Acres Wedding Party

Boasting tall trees and historic charm, Cross Key Acres was the perfect backdrop for the wedding party photos. The bridesmaids were stunning in pink dresses that paired well with their bright florals. While the groomsmen looked great in classic black suits.

A Church Ceremony

After the first look, the couple and their wedding party headed to the church for the ceremony. As the bride walked down the aisle, friends and family were filled with emotion. The grandeur of the church, with its stained glass windows and sweeping pews created a stunning backdrop for the exchange of vows. This sweet couple’s love and commitment filled the space, and the beauty of the church made for a memorable part of the wedding day.

Houston Couples Photography

There’s a special kind of magic that happens when the sun begins to set and casts a warm golden glow over everything. After the ceremony, we had beautiful soft light that created a flattering, dream-like effect. And outside the church was the perfect spot to capture Julie + Joseph’s romantic couples photos. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the courtyard created a timeless, romantic feel. The glow from the sun added a soft, ethereal element to the photos. After we finished at the church, we returned to Cross Key Acres to do more couples photos that showcased the beautiful wedding venue.

Cross Key Acres Wedding Reception

This sweet couple’s reception at Cross Key Acres was so much fun. The reception started with the guests mingling outside and enjoy cocktails. After the grand entrance, there was an amazing performance by Hung Vuong Lion Dance. Making it one of the most memorable moments at Julie + Joseph’s wedding reception. Then the newlyweds shared a private moment in the center of the dance floor surrounded by their friends and family. The charm of the venue added to the intimacy of the moment and the twinkle lights overhead created a soft, romantic ambiance. The couple included other personalized touches like an ice cream cart and live painting for all of the guests. This added an extra special touch to their wedding day at Cross Key Acres.
