As wedding photographers, we are so excited to share these Forever 5 Events photos. This wedding day was an absolute dream. Mallory + Steven are the kind of couple you meet once and instantly feel like you’ve known them forever. They’re fun-loving and truly the sweetest humans. These two are cat parents, horror movie buffs, and Renaissance Festival regulars. So when they told us their wedding would have a woodland fairytale vibe, we knew it was going to be something magical. Oh! And he actually proposed to her in a capybara enclosure, because they are her favorite animal. I mean how amazing is that?

Getting Ready at Olive Branch House

The day dawned bright and beautiful. It was a warm, sunny spring morning in Conroe, Texas. Thus the atmosphere at Forever 5 Events was calm and filled with excitement. Friends and family buzzed around the venue. Therefore, everywhere you looked there was laughter, joy, and a touch of whimsy in the air.

Mallory got ready at the on-site Olive Branch House, slipping into a stunning emerald green gown with long flowing sleeves and lace sparkle detailing. Her hair was styled with a green leafy headpiece, giving her total elf princess vibes — absolutely perfect for their enchanted forest theme.

Fairytale Details

What made this wedding truly unique was how many personal elements Mallory + Steven incorporated. From their custom framed seating chart handmade by Mallory to their gold-foiled invitations, every detail felt intentional and special. One of our favorite bridal details? Mallory’s emerald green shoes adorned with jewels, perfectly paired with matching green jewelry that tied her entire look together like something out of a fantasy novel. The wedding party was dressed in black with accents of green. Therefore, creating a rich, renaissance-inspired look that complemented the natural surroundings perfectly.

Lakefront Ceremony at Forever 5 Events

As Mallory walked down the aisle in her stunning emerald green gown, all eyes were on her. You could hear a quiet gasp ripple through the crowd, but it was Steven’s reaction that said it all. The moment he saw her, tears welled up in his eyes. By the time they stood together at the altar, framed by the lake and a gorgeous floral arch, it felt like something out of a dream. Thus the contrast of her emerald green gown against the floral arch and the shimmering lake behind the alter was breathtaking.

After the ceremony, we snuck the couple away for some magical portraits. First, we captured them beneath the floral arch with the lake in the background — those Forever 5 Events photos are a total dream! After that, we headed over to the venue’s decorated swing, which we knew would bring those woodland fairytale vibes to life. The results? Absolutely enchanting.

This moment gave the couple a chance to just breathe, be present with each other, and take in the joy of getting married — and it gave us the opportunity to create some of our favorite images of the day.

Willow Room Reception at Forever 5 Events

Then as the sun set, the guests gathered in the Willow Room — a reception space that sits right on the lake creating stunning lake views from the huge windows. Instead of a traditional cake, Mallory + Steven had a giant crème brûlée — yes, it was as amazing as it sounds!. They also has a dessert bar filled with mini brûlées, rice krispies, pretzel bites, and other delicious treats. And the groom’s signature cocktail of the night? Chocolate milk — a fun and totally unforgettable choice. Therefore, this Forever 5 Events reception was incredibly fun, authentic, and totally them.

This wedding at Forever 5 Events was nothing short of magical. From all of the whimsical, fairytale details to Mallory’s stunning emerald green dress, it was such an honor to be part of Mallory + Steven’s love story.
