We loved hanging out with these two so much. From the second we started their engagement session at Memorial Park in Houston, it was obvious how natural and sweet they are together. They were laughing nonstop, completely wrapped up in each other, and just so clearly in love.

Clara + Josh chose the dreamiest soft color palette featuring pink, light blue, and cream, and it photographed beautifully against the lush spring greenery. Memorial Park truly complements soft, romantic tones like these.

An Engagement Session at Memorial Park

Clara wore the prettiest pink dress that was perfect for spring. Josh paired a blue shirt with cream slacks, and together their outfits felt cohesive without being too matchy. The soft pink, light blue, and cream combination was so fresh and flattering.

And then… the jean jacket!

We absolutely loved Clara’s custom jean jacket that said “THE BRIDE” on the back. It added such a fun, personal touch to their engagement session and made their photos feel even more unique to them.

But one of our favorite parts? They brought their adorable dog!

We are always big fans of including pups in engagement sessions, and this sweet dog made the day even more joyful. We got in plenty of puppy snuggles while hanging out with these two, and those candid moments always end up being some of our favorites.

Counting Down to Their Wedding at Beckendorff Farms

We truly cannot wait for their wedding this fall at Beckendorff Farms — one of our absolute favorite wedding venues in Katy! Beckendorff Farms has the most beautiful setting, and we already know it’s going to be such an incredible day.

If their wedding day is anything like their beautiful spring engagement session at Memorial Park, it will be AMAZING. So much joy. So much love. And probably a few happy tears.

Getting to photograph their engagement and then continue the story on their wedding day is such an honor. Clara + Josh are the sweetest, and we are so excited to celebrate them again soon.
