Alison + Connor’s wedding day was one for the books. It was romantic, full of joy, and bursting at the seams with love. From the moment we arrived at Venue 311 in Plantersville, TX, we knew this was going to be something truly special.

The day began under the bright Texas summer sun.. Alison was glowing from the moment we walked into the bridal suite at Venue 311. The entire room was buzzing with laughter. Her bridesmaids wore the prettiest shades of blush pink, adding the perfect pop of color to the clean, airy bridal suite. Meanwhile, Connor and his groomsmen got ready across the hall, rocking navy suits paired with pink ties to match the bridesmaids. This created such a timeless, elegant look that complimented the summer palette beautifully.

The Wedding Party

Can we just take a moment to say: what an incredible group of people! The wedding party was full of laughter and encouragement for Alison + Connor. They were troopers through the heat, smiling through every photo, and hyping the couple up every step of the way.

From their perfectly coordinated outfits to the contagious joy they brought to every moment, the wedding party was a reflection of just how deeply Alison and Connor are loved. It’s no surprise because these two radiate kindness, and it’s clear they’ve poured that same love into the people around them.

As guests began to gather inside the charming chapel at Venue 311, the atmosphere was peaceful and romantic. Alison walked down the aisle with such grace. Her veil catching the light streaming in the windows like a dream. And Connor? He absolutely lit up when he saw her. There was this raw, beautiful moment where you could just see the depth of their connection. Everyone in attendance could feel it. This wasn’t just a ceremony, it was a promise between two souls who had been faithfully walking toward this moment since their freshman year at Texas A&M.

After the ceremony, we stole a few moments with the full wedding party before the golden hour magic began. The pink and navy color palette popped so perfectly against the Texas landscape. We had so much fun capturing this group of friends.

Golden Hour Magic

One of our favorite parts of the day? Sneaking away with just the two of them during sunset. The light was pure golden goodness: soft, glowy, and warm. Despite the summer heat, they were absolute troopers. We got stunning veil shots and genuine, joy-filled moments that perfectly captured who they are together. There’s something so tender about watching a couple laugh and cuddle in the middle of a sun-drenched field, knowing they’re about to start forever together. Alison + Connor, y’all were magic.

After we finished bride and groom portraits, we headed inside for the reception. It was everything you’d hope a summer wedding would be. Full of romantic touches, beautiful florals, elegant pink details, and one seriously fun group ready to celebrate!

One of our favorite details? The groom’s cake was shaped like the state of Texas. This was such a fun and personal touch. And when Alison + Connor hit the dance floor? Let’s just say, the joy was contagious.
